Venky Mysore, CEO of Kolkata Knight Riders and a close associate of Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Veena Mysore, has acquired a luxury apartment in Mumbai valued at around ₹17 crore.
Venky Mysore, CEO of Kolkata Knight Riders and close aide of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has purchased a luxury apartment worth around ₹17.1 crore in South Mumbai. The deal has been made jointly with his wife, Veena Mysore.
The property is located in the premium Tardeo area of Mumbai, which is known for high-end residential towers and strong demand from elite buyers.
As per property registration documents, the apartment is located on a higher floor in the famous luxury tower The Imperial Mumbai.
The apartment has a carpet area of 1,783 sq ft and comes with two dedicated car parking spaces. The seller of the property was Gradis Trading Private Limited, while the buyers are Veena V. Mysore and Venkatesh S. Mysore.
The transaction was officially registered on May 7, 2026. During the deal, a stamp duty of ₹1.02 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid, according to official records.
The documents show a structured payment process for the property. Around ₹8.46 crore was paid separately by each buyer through demand drafts.
In addition, ₹17.1 lakh was deducted as tax deducted at source (TDS) under Section 194-IA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Before the final registration, the property received a no-objection certificate (NOC) from The Imperial Condominium on March 30, 2026. The housing society also confirmed that there were no pending dues on the apartment as of March 18, 2026.
These approvals show that the transaction was completed with full legal and financial clearance.
The Imperial is one of the most premium residential towers in South Mumbai and has seen several high-value deals in recent years. The building is known for luxury apartments, modern facilities, and strong security systems.
Areas like Tardeo, Malabar Hill, Worli, and Lower Parel continue to remain top destinations for luxury homebuyers in Mumbai. Even with high property prices, demand remains steady due to location advantage, sea views, and premium lifestyle offerings.
Real estate experts say South Mumbai remains one of the most stable luxury housing markets in India, where long-term value and resale demand stay strong.
